Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Clafo (the "App"), an iOS application made and operated by Erwan Rombo (trading as Borombo), an independent software developer registered in France ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Your licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law expressly permits.
Intellectual property
The App, including its content, design, and the Clafo name and marks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. The content you create in the App remains yours.
Not professional advice
Clafo is a utility for general personal use. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or advice. Decisions you make based on the App are your own responsibility.
Purchases and billing
- Clafo is free to download and includes optional premium features available through a one-time Lifetime unlock and/or auto-renewing subscriptions; the exact options and prices are shown in the App before purchase.
- A "Lifetime" purchase refers to the lifetime of the App, not the purchaser: it unlocks premium features for as long as the App remains available and operated. If the App is ever discontinued, Lifetime access ends with it.
- All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices may vary by region.
- Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. One-time purchases do not renew.
- You can restore previous purchases from within the App.
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
- We may change pricing or the features included in each tier; changes will not affect a one-time purchase you have already made.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which can compromise security and cause the App to malfunction.

The App uses third-party services, each governed by its own terms:
Availability, updates and termination
We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we provide it as a service that may change. Some features require an internet connection; we are not responsible for issues caused by your connectivity, data charges, or device. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end and you should stop using and delete the App.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of France, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
